  • What if I need custom services?

    If your needs does not fit any of the packages we have develop. Please take the time to request quote for our contact page.

  • How long will it take to get the website up and running?

    Our 10-page websites can be up in as little as seven business days after your initial consultation with a designer, provided that all content has been supplied beforehand. Before the final site is launched on the internet you will have an opportunity to review and make any changes with your designer.

  • I have already built my site. Can I hire a designer?

    Yes, contact us and let us know what exactly you need. We will be happy to prepare a proposal/quote for the work you need.

  • What does the packages include?

  • Are all Packages up gradable?

    Whether you need additional space or you need to lower your cost, all packages are easily upgradeable and down gradable.

  • May I add thumbnail images or PDF downloadable documents to my site?

    Yes, this is a standard functionality.

  • I already have a domain name?

    This is not a problem, you can transfer the domain and we will renew it for a year FREE. Or you can keep your current registrar and change the DNS setting. If you need assistance we are here to help.

  • How much does it cost to transfer my domain name to WDP?

    When signing in for any package the domain transfer is FREE and will renew your domain for a year!

  • I am already using an email with my domain name?

    This is not a problem, just let us know the emails you are using and we will recreate your accounts for a seamless transition.

  • Do I need to learn any software?

    No, we do not provide you with software but with professional that do the work for you.

  • Do I need to know HTML?

    No, leave the coding to us. However if you feel like it, you can always access the code of your website through your FTP login.

  • Can I edit (update) my site?

    Yes, from your control panel you will have a direct access to the pages of your website. From a simple text editor you will be able to change text, upload images and more. Click “save” and your site is updated!
    But if you don’t feel like it you may request updates directly to us. It’s included!

  • Will I get charged more than my plan?

    No, for all additional work that does not fit in your package you will receive a quote.

  • How do I cancel?

    You can cancel at anytime! No long term contract. Just email or call us to cancel your account.
